When it comes to body transitions, your MIND MATTERS

 

Everyone thinks they know or at least have an idea of what it takes to be successful with your weight/body goals. However one of the key components that most of us are missing is the mental component. We want to see change and results in our weight but we continueously speak negatively to ourselves (and others) about our body while trying to achieve those goals. Doesn't sound like a very good way to motivate and push yourself now does it?
